There’s always been a raging debate between nutritionists about whether taking supplements is healthy for the average person. Most agree that all of the nutrients we need to survive are already found in most of the food we eat.

It’s estimated that over 80% of the world’s adults suffer from a magnesium deficiency. This is in big part due to environmental factors, but it’s a growing problem for many, as magnesium is essential for a number of vital bodily processes.
These include energy, cell, and bone production, muscle contraction, nerve transmission, and so much more.
3. Fish Oil
Fish oil has been proven to reduce blood pressure and blood clotting, and lowers your chance of having a fatal heart attack. Fish oil is also a fantastic source of the Omega 3 fatty acids that are extremely helpful in decreasing inflammation and boosting the immune system.
Studies have also found that fish oil can help with depression and mood, as well as concentration, perfect for those long nights spent having fun at betting sites.
4. Vitamin D3
For many, working has become something that’s done exclusively indoors, and it means that millions around the world aren’t getting enough sunlight.
A vitamin D3 supplement can help with our immunity by allowing the body to absorb phosphorus and calcium more efficiently into the body.

Our modern obsession with cleanliness and antibiotics has meant that many of the healthy bacteria that reside in our gut have started to suffer, leading to a variety of different health problems.

6. Turmeric
Surprisingly, turmeric is recommended to be taken daily by nutritionists all over the world thanks to its ability to reduce inflammation, and lowering the chance of heart disease, headaches, chronic fatigue, and stroke. It’s also been proven to help fight off cancer, and should become part of your daily ritual.
